Clans with gay nomenclature , gay names like rockitbut and others . I can sight others but it just sucks...

Wow and here I came into this thread expecting a profoundly philosophical post about Video issues. Not. If you play online games I'm surprised you haven't become desensitized to it by now.
 
Only thing in online clans that annoys me is Country Exclusive Clans. Some just exclude ppl by country no matter the language, that's not good if you ask me.

I just figured the country clans were for those who felt especially patriotic, or would be video game olympians trying to get the gold for their countries honor.

why is it when someone disagrees w/ homosexuality or homo names there automatically "homophobic" ? just because i dont agree with how you live you life doesnt mean im afraide of it. just because i dont agree with how a murderer lives am i murderer-a-phobic? it pisses me off to no end. i do not need to accept you or your sexuality. i dont have to say "o thats ok" and i refuse to do so. any time i dont like a gay person its automatically taken as "you dont like me because im gay" NO its "i dont like you becuase you suck as a human your sexual orentation has nothing to do with it. and the fact you talk in a high voice and prance around annoys me." you dont even see girls doing that and there as femenin as it gets. THEY HAVE VAGINAS FOR PEETS SAKE! im all for individuality but when you start flonting it at me is when you can go straight to hell.

and i dont really see much of the name thing in games. when i do it doesnt really bug me.
 
I've been playing games online since 1998 and haven't seen a single person even saying that he was gay, let alone a whole clan. What game was this?

I wouldn't worry about it, would you be angry if there were hetero clans like "muffdiverz" or some such?

I think gay people feel somewhat persecuted (go figure) and proclaim it more than straight people because they want to show they're not ashamed.

I don't agree with the tactic, as I think who or what you sleep is nobodies business but your own, but I think I can understand the "logic" of it.

You will find as you go through life gay people mean you no harm, and are probably pretty much like you outside their sex life.
 
Working in the medical industry I have known a fair number of gay people, and I can't remember any of them playing games. Not saying that none do... but somehow I think their numbers might be small.

I would tend to think the gay nomenclature is more just people trying to be offensive, especially if it bugs you.

I know someone who always did that, and he was far from being gay, he just liked being offensive and making people mad, it gave him a sick little rush, he would always laugh if he pissed someone off enough to actually leave.

Just my perspective. I tend to ignore flames when I am gaming... I'm usually too busy being killed to worry about what some 15 year old is saying.
