Do High Schoolers ever show up to your parties?

Last week I was throwing a party, a smaller party, BYOB sorta thing.

Anyways, at the peak of it we had about 40ish people there and I was talking to this girl. I was pretty faded, trying to get lucky.

Illusion: So, what classes are you taking this seminster? //illusion iniates conversation
Her: Oh, English, History you know
Illusion: Who is you're history professor? I just finished a history class //illusion attempts to find common grond
Her: Ummm... I am still in High School. I'm a junior.
*Illusion realises she is younger than his younger sister*
*walks away to find more beer*

I must be getting old. Once she mentioned she was a junior I lost all attraction. She appeared a child in my eyes. Who let this girl in? What was she doing, shouldn't she have a curfew or something?
/sigh

It has happened before.

Unknowingly, one of my friends actually hooked up with a 16 y.o. at a party. Too bad he was 21 at the time.

They are at our parties all the time. Of corse, the JC I go to is right next to a high school, so that may have something to do with it. You can usually spot them right when you walk in the door, they are the group of young girls all talking and giggling amongst themselves, drinking wine coolers.

Usually the parties were just college students but when a school like the University of Michigan is in the middle of a city with two high schools, sometimes it can't be helped. I thought that was bad...my last trip to State, I saw how close frats and party houses were to the local high school...you could see the parties from the schoolgrounds.

I'm at the U of A, and I know that it's inevitable for larger parties to get some stupid high school kids.

Thankfully, most parties I go to are PRIVATE in the sense that we don't let in anyone not on the guest list :p It's a lot more awesome that way. That way you can bring a date, but you don't get a sausage fest or complete strangers being assholes.

I did go to this one party where some creepy old guy showed up, and no one knew him. He kept staring at one of my friends all night

Whoops. I edited it to make the first part of the sentence more coherent but forgot to change the second gravity to "stupidity". It's fixed now.

I was at a friend's house new year's. He's 24 or so, I'm 20, but one of their stupid high school neighbors invited all his friends over - made a scene when he was told to get them out and got thrown through a wall for his trouble. It was something to see.

This sort of this has happened to me many times, I dont know why, but they just keep looking younger and younger, and I keep looking older and older. Still doesnt stop me from talking to them when Im completely wasted though, I dont have much self control when Ive downed 30 cups and smoked a few dimes.

I'm sure you could've gotten lucky
you can mold a high schoolers brain and get them to do anything
she will brag to her friends about how she slept with a college dude

I was waiting for someone to say something like that. No. I've been to parties but they're incredibly boring. I guess they're not fun unless you're drunk, stoned, or dare I say it, stupid. I really don't see the entertainment value in them.

Don't get me wrong, it's simple fun in theory. However more often than that many people drive home from the parties completely wasted. I've said before in many threads in different forums that drunk drivers are the scum of the Earth.

Drunk driving definitely isn't cool. It depends on the people you party with though. Everyone I have partied with pretty much looks down on that sort of thing and no one does it. I never understood why people do it either, there's always a place to crash anyway.

Yea. I live on the west side of Berkeley campus so I'm like 3 blocks away from Berkeley High? Went to a party back in December at my ex-roommate's place and there were high schoolers present

Oh I'm sure, but i'm not one to sleep with children. Had she been a senior or something, my need might have overcome reason.

I disagree, there were times when I was "at the mall" when I was younger and we'd find a ride to a party. My mom never did know where we really were even though she watched us walk into the theater.
