I went to a concert the other day and my friend and I arrived 25 minutes late. I walked up the front row and got two seats (general admission). I sat down for a few minutes, and then I had my friend hold my seat. I walked up to a guy that worked for the band and started chatting. He gave me a backstage pass and a full cup of beer.

When I got home I told Psycho and my friends boyfriend all about it. Psycho said girls have it tooooooo easy (no he wasn't mad). He said that if that was him and his buddy trying to get a backstage pass it wouldn't have been easy.

I kinda think that most guys are suckers for girls that are aggressive and they will do almost anything to check a girl out. Isn't it a trade off? or Do we really have it easier?

BTW, we have to fix our hair, apply makeup, jewerly, etc. etc. etc. You guys shower and go....you guys have it easy!

The more attractive you are as a female to someone the easier you will have it. I've watched guys just ignore some women, and then others they'd bend over backwards to do something before. I don't know if they think they'll get sexual favors or what really. Its one of those left over monkey behaviors I think So yes in a way women have it easy in you can get favors if you look nice, but you also have to put up with guys, and from what I understand we can be annoying at times

My gf gets tons of free stuff. She went to get a brand-new tire fixed and asked the guy to replace the lug nuts on that rim. He changed ALL of them - FOR FREE. She went to the court house to pay a ticket for me and was waiting in line, the guy at the front of the line traded places with her. But, it is a trade-off because she gets leered at all the time and it makes her feel uncomfortable.

I always took this lightly until my now gf told me that she would change like half a dozen times before meeting up with me or when I came to pick her up. So now I'm kinda a sucker and sympathize a little. But I have to do my hair too, it doesn't stand up by itself you know

There are a lot of ladies men compared to mens ladies, if you know what I mean.
It's seen throughout time that men look after women. I know I maybe drawing a long straw but I think so. It's partially acceptable to have a bif with a guy, but if you punch a woman you are a disgrace. But I don't mind because women make me happy . Women are the feminine ones and should be treated as such. That's the way it should be. Alright, I'll confess, I'm a ladies man.

I think girls do have it easier than guys in many ways.

Basically, looks count plenty and woman that have the looks can find jobs/boyfriends without too many hassles. Think of how many models have tried to become something, found out they were bad at acting and went back to being a pretty face with a nice body. Look at the pretty women that work at E3! They know next to nothing about the games, but they are hired because of their looks.

Girls have it easier when to comes to having intercourse as well. After all, you never *really* have to ask a guy if he's interested...

IMHO girls really do have it easier than guys...especially if you've got a cool outgoing personality and a kickass bod...only time i've seen a woman not get her way is in corporate world being that it's still ruled by men...tho it's slowly changing...

Wrong. You do not have to do that at all. Wash your hair, dry it and go. You don't need makeup, you don't need jewelry, and you most certainly don't need to put enough crap in your hair to make it withstand a tornado.

Each sex has it's advantages. Men get off easy(no pun intended) and don't have to put up with certain feminine hygene problems and various female issues. Men have the advantage of not getting emotionally involved in such trite activities such as doing the laundry or cleaning the house. We for some reason manage to get higher salaries on average, and are generally more accepted in the Engineering and IT fields.

Women on the other hand can use their emotions and looks to their advantage. How many men get out of speeding tickets by crying in front of the officer? Just as in your situation, how many guys get backstage passes by batting their eyes at the right people? Which sex has incredibly lower insurance rates? Which parent usually gets to keep the children, reguardless of parental worthiness? In the court room, which sex usually gets off easier?

Each sex has it's advantages. Men have it easier in day to day living. It's in emotional and fairly stressful or life changing instances that women have the upper hand.

Actually, I think that the more sh!t girls put on their faces and in their hair etc, the less attractive they become.

you'd probably be surprised at how many women resent the implication that we're all manipulative and incapable of resolving issues without resorting to eyelash batting or breaking down in tears.

i've known plenty of attractive men that think their looks give them license to treat people callously. there are men that use money and position in similar ways. it's a gross and faulty generalization to imply that women are the only ones who manipulate others using qualities that aren't earned.

Eh... I Think guys have it easier, Ironic that I say that because I am one. Girls have to carry babies, have PMS every month (guys kinda get the shaft on that one too, we have to deal with the girl and her mood swings). But we can write our names in the snow, in general we're considered the more stronger sex and guys can sexually reproduce their entire lifetime (assuming they don't get their nuggets chopped off or something goes wrong down there.) in certain situtations I'd like to be a girl... when it comes to getting something it pays off to be a girl. Other than that, I like being a guy...
