Do Frodo and Sam kiss in ROTK *SPOILERS*?

I just finished the twin towers this morning again (second viewing only), to prep myself for ROTK this evening and something I noticed more this time was the sexual tension between the two. Sometimes it's so thick you could cut it with a knife. I think it peaks near the end when frodo says something like "he couldn't have done it without his Sam". Do things come to a head in the third movie? Perhaps mild petting or cuddling?

Well u put spoilers up in the title... so I'm just going to come right out and say it.

The two spend significant time together in ROTK. I even commented to my fiancee (without ever seeing LOTR before this one) that these 2 are gay. I got that feeling because of all the close-ups and the things they said to each other. The crying he did for him. Well it turns out that they were supposedly just really close - brother-like. They're both hobbits in a different world, after all. But it's true though... there's some very awkward tension in there... though they never kiss (on the lips) 🙂

Can't be worse than Spiderman where the Hero spurns the sexual advances of a Babe. Of course Tobey Mguire is definately light in the loafers.

Spidey is just a fool, not even going to talk about that. Have you seen the preview trailer for Spider-man 2?

think about the drama that they have gone through (even if you don't look at the 3rd movie)....obviously they're going to become very close....just because frodo kisses sam's head doesn't make them gay, it makes them good friends....besides...
