do Free ISPs work with a Dreamcast?

This site mentions a couple free , but we haven't tried them ourselves, so I don't know for sure if they work

They used to, but pretty much all of the decent ones are gone. The only ones that will likely stay around are netzero, juno, and bluelight, Netzero found a way to keep you from doing it, haven't tried the others, and I don't want to. I gave up on FreeISP's. As of last night, I'm on SegaNet, it's expensive, but so far it's great. My download speeds went from 3k/s to 7Q), and my lag in Dreamcast is pretty much nothing. Haven't tried any PC games yet though.
