Do foreign-made AWD autos have a 25% tariff on them?

Just trucks, not cars. So any Toyota Tundra, 2WD or 4WD will have the tariff. A Subaru Legacy, will not.

This Cato Institute article does not specify AWD. It seems to apply to all trucks, or at least it did in the past.

Toyota's San Antonio truck plant doesnt open until 2006.
