Do fluctuations at low temps hurt the CPU?

I'm running BOINC, distributed scientific computing, on a desktop with an i5-6400 at 50% CPU time. The CPU speed goes between min and max frequently and CPUID HWMonitor says the CPU temperature goes back and forth from 41C to 50C frequently. I've read that these aren't high temperatures for a CPU but that frequent or big temperature changes can also hurt a CPU. Am I damaging it?
