I believe they smell worse in a colder spot because the cold isolates and amplifies the smell; however, this is an unproven and unscientific assertion. What is ATOTs opinion?

Technically, it would probably smell less since the bacteria causing the smell would be less active.

When you notice that it's really hot, there's usually less air current to move it around. This might keep it hanging around your tail, but a REAL fart will supply its own air current....then you don't have a choice but to breathe in the cloud and suffer until the gas escapes and eats a bigger hole in the ozone.

Try this while you're driving(make sure the car is moving, so no one bails out):

1. Roll up the windows and lock it
2. Turn on the heater
3. Drop the bomb
4. Say "does anyone smell BBQ"
5. you=1 , friends=0

so...hotter environment is my answer
