Do facebooks new privacy settings not work for you guys either?

I was testing out some of the privacy settings related to photo albums and they don't seem to work at all. I have several photo albums; 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010, filled with pictures from each year. I also have friends sorted into lists. One list, let's say it's called Friends1. I went to privacy settings, then selected photo albums. For the 2009 photo album I set it to 'only friends' and under 'except these people' I entered Friends1. So basically all my friends should be able to see the 2009 photo album, except the people on the Friends1 list. I then used the preview profile button that lets you see how your profile looks to other people by typing in their names. All of the people on my Friends1 list could still see the photos in the 2009 photo album. What gives?

Also I just noticed something else: The option above that is for photos that others have tagged you in. If you block someone from seeing THOSE pictures, it prevents the person from seeing ANY picture you've put up...weird


edit: This is really weird. It works for other friend lists I have...just not that ONE list I have...in fact they can't

I deleted the list and it's STILL doing it for those people...weird
