Do Electronic Pest Repellers Work? Those ultrasonic ones?

I have spider problems in my apartment. Probably due to the summer heat in central California. And I hate them!!

I'm was thinking about those ultrasonic pest repellers that u plug into the wall socket. Any one have experience with them and know if they work like they say? I don't want to be dumping 20 some dollars in something that won't work.

I had 8 of them scattered around the house. Ended up throwing them away because they did nothing for me.

We are loaded with spiders and they are definitely winning.

It's wierd, he would always make brief appearances then dissappear again. Oh well, im glad he's gone
