Just as the title states. Unfortunately I watch alot of stations that have the symbol on the side and its been burned into it. Also I have a few yellow spots on the screen. If I remember my circuit city days dlp doesnt have a burn in effect.

AFAIK = as far as I know

DLP is basically beaming the picture onto a screen using a light bulb so like other similar technologies (front and rear projection) they don't suffer from burn-in.

Burn in is not an issue with DLP. However, the colour wheel breaking is.

Since when does LCD have burn-in? I think you mean CRT, or plasma. LCD and DLP don't work that way. No, it's not an issue. DLP is a projection technology. Burn-in AFAIK is only an issue on displays where the pixels are the light source. Since DLP is just reflecting light, it won't be a problem.
