Do dental college students pull wisdom teeth for "testing purposes"?

I don't have wisdom teeth, the dentist said I got lucky and I won't get them, they're isn't even anything for them to start, just don't have em.

WTF? Of course they do. You only have to go to an oral surgeon if the dentist can't extract the tooth

Not something I would risk, I had a oral surgen with 20+ experience yank mine, sever a nerve and now half my tongue is numb permanently. (Please, no sex jokes)

edit: it was not a dentist it was an oral surgen.
