Do Dell motherboards use standard ATX form

i'm looking specifically at the dell poweredge 600SC motherboard. i'd like to know the board will fit in my antec slk3000b case and use the same screw holes.

dell to a point.screw holes or mounting holes will line up but wiring is going to be different.example the reset switch and motherboard power switch will be non standard as far as pin connection.dell has there all in 1 connector that plugs everything in all at once with 1 big plug.you will find that the wiring in that plug is non standard atx,the mounting holes can be set up on the motherboard tray with standoffs screwed into the holes that match up with the motherboard,
why would you use a dell motherboard as they are castrated boards with a detuned bios.cant adjust anything worth speaking of.use your cpu and ram,vid card in a replacement board of the same type off of newegg and it dosent matter which brand as the replacement board will run faster and have alot more options to set it up to bury the dell board in performance.just a thought....................
