Do Dell Inspirons come with a Vista DVD or some partition?

I bought a dell inspiron last july and it came with a Windows Vista disk. I believe all dells do as well, unless they've changed their policy.

Even if its just a partition it will have a program at startup that will give you the opertunity to burn the information to a disk. keep in mind that neither the partition or the disk are the full version of Vista. its just an image of the HDD as it came from the factory so you can restore the system if needed.

That's not true about Dell disks, it is the full OEM version, not a restore cd or dvd.
