You max usage should be in the 300-350w range depending on your other parts. Either way 650w is plenty.

i would use the 650 ..leave yourself some space ..for when you expand ..storage and usb devices..ad-don coolers..etc.etc..the supply is minimum 80 % efficient looks to be bronze rated but with your load at 50% its around 90 % efficient...
