I just ran both an Equifax and Transunion report on myself (Experian has no presence in canada aparantly) and i noticed on both of my reports that NONE of my 3 corporate cards are listed. One is a Visa card with a 2K limit, the other is a corporate platinum AMEX card with an unlimited limit and another AMEX corporate gold card with a 25K limit on it. The balances on all of those cards are Zero.

But when I applied for those cards (my name is on them along with the company name) they based it off of my personal credit.

Does a company have a credit rating as well? It is a federal incorporation. I'm just curious where those credit cards are reporting to.

So I decided to run a credit check on my incorporated name, and equifax doesn't show it, and dun and bradstreet have no listing for it either. Kind of odd.

Also my personal credit report has wrong info on it, wrong address, and a credit card i never applied for is on there with an 800 limit! weird. There were a couple other errors on there too, somthign about a defaulted credit card that went to collections? but that was false, allready had the bank fix that one...

my fico score is in the low 600's, under 625. Is that 'okay' or terrible? I have listed 2 late payments of over 30 days (but under 60) in the past 3 years.

Fico that low is a problem. If you get a home loan, plan to pay higher interest rate. The derogatories hurt you. And FYI, if you do not pay off those coprorate cards listed in your name, AmEx will report it not in your favor. AmEx sucks. I refuse to do any busiess with them.

I am a mortgage loan officer. That you should know.

Ahh okay...

so to clarify, corporate cards for my company in my name do not show up on my personal credit report untill "Somthing bad happens" basically?

I was just curious that that none of them even showed up.

The one item that hurt my fico score was a R9 rated credit card from about 3 years ago, which was wrong, and they fixed that and were able to change it to a R5. I'm not happy with the R5, should be R0, but untill i threaten to close all my accounts iwth the bank its better than what it is.

My plan right now (personal side) is to pay off all of my current CC's (4K debt), close all of them except for my oldest (best) rated one, and then get an ING credit card at 6.x% Right now im paying 18%? on some of these cards. But they will be paid down in the next 2 months so im not to overly worried.

I wasnt planning on getting a mortage till early 2004.
