I take one because I know that no matter how well I eat, I'll still lack in certain vitamins that I should be taking.
Besides, a good multi only costs a quarter a day. If you get one loaded with a high-dose B-complex (>75mg of most B vitamins) then you'll notice more energy in the mornings too.
The one I take is Ultra Mega Gold (No Iron) from GNC.

Do they work??? Work how? I mean... what do you expect them to do? They're just dietary suppliments... your penis won't get bigger, you won't get stronger, you won't lose weight... you'll just be healthier overall I guess?

On the contrary, your penis will explode.

i cant remember where i raid, but it is better to take a multi vitamon in liquid or powder form instead as the solid tablets dont digest completely in time.

I've heard something similar - but I was told to actually test the vitamin. Take one of the tablets of what ever you're considering (Centrum, GNC Ultra Mega, etc) and throw it in a cup full of vinegar. If it doesn't disolve, find something else.

Um, the acid in your stomach is mainly HCl and is quite a bit stronger than acetic acid. If a vitamin doesn't dissolve in vinegar, it still may dissolve in your stomach.Originally posted by: NTB

Should it really be the acids that break it down?Originally posted by: jumpr
