Do bullies actually dunk other people's heads in toilets in real life?

Movies and TV shows always show bullies doing that. But I have never seen that happen when I was in middle and high school.

Yes, at my screwed up high school the seniors did it to some freshmen as an initiation in the late 70s, and fortunately, since I usually hung out with the seniors, I just got to witness it a few times and never had to experience it first hand.

I've never seen it or heard about it except on TV. Most of the bullying I've ever seen are name calling, derogatory remarks, and then physical violence of shoves, punches, kicks, and beat downs on occasion. Vast majority of it are just taunts though.

Eons ago in high school, guys and gals wanting to join the German Club were treated to swirlies as well as some other "initiation" rites. It was all in fun of course; nothing illegal or humiliating.

We never thought of ourselves as bullies but that was then.

Heh, nice. One of the other rites was to have the "joiners" blind-folded and stick their hands in a toilet bowl and squeeze a peeled banana which had a similar consistency to shat.

I put someone's head in a toilet once, I also hung someone off the third floor at my high school.

It wasn't me really bullying, I looked clean-cut...still do mostly; they started bullying me.

One of the best anti-bullying things I did was at a bar when 4 dudes surrounded me. I flipped a bar stool upside down and brought the main asshat down with the leg under his chin/throat. The other dudes started pleading for his life. Fortunately, I knew security there so I wasn't the guy tossed.
