Do "bulk" motherboards come with the I/O shield?

I'm looking at purchasing a new MB for my server. I found the board I want sold as "bulk" for a lot cheaper than the retail pack. Here:

Would this come with the I/O shield? I don't need cables, driver CDs or a manual, but w/o the i/o shield...

Apparently, at least from the place linked above, they do come with an I/O shield. I emailed them and got a reply back in a couple of hours, with a simple "Yes it does" reply. Ordered it. Hopefully it comes w/the shield.
