Do both Hercules and Sapphire use the same quality RAM (Samsung?) for there Radeon 9800 non-pro cards?!

Hi,

I found a local store where they still sell the Hercules and Sapphire Radeon 9800 non-pro (the one with 8 pixel pipelines). Now, which one would be my best choice both regarding performance and noise. Regarding performance, isn't it so that they all use the same quality of RAM, made by Samsung if I am correct or would there be a difference between the Hercules and Sapphire card?!

Also, what would be best for least noise. Hercules cards seems to have RAM heatsinks so perhaps they use a slower cooler which is more quiet then the Sapphire one, or does Sapphire use a similar cooler and do the RAM heatsinks don't matter?
 
So which one would be my best choice, the Hercules or Sapphire 9800 non-pro? Also, let me know if the Sapphire 9800 np is a silent card, cause it doesn't have the RAM heatsinks Hercules cards have which perhaps allow Hercules to use a slower fan. Just wondering..
 
My Hercules 9700Pro is very silent. I think 9800np should be as silent as my 9700pro, and more silent than sapphire
