Do Bluetooth Headsets work with PC's or phones only?

I own a razr and have a bluetooth enableds laptop. I use bluetooth all the time to sync my outlook calander to my phone.

I have wanted a bluetooth headset for a while to use while driving; but I would also like to use it as a headset for Skype on the PC. Are these devices designed to work as PC headsets?

Do some work and not others? Do you have a recomendation on one that works flawlessly for both operations?

The Motorola bluetooth headsets have an echo problem from what I "hear" hehe get it?

There is certainly no problem using a bluetooth headset with your laptop if you have a bluetooth usb adapter. Not sure if the sound is going to keep you smiling though.
