Can't say for cards - but I set up white and black lists on any laptop or desktop using Mailwasher Pro by Firetrust. It's very easy and you can even have undesired mail bounced back to sender.
It should accept just about any Wifi card as long as it has the same connections. If you need to replace yours I bet you can find the exact one on ebay.
I don't think so. I yanked the craptastic Atheros WLAN/BT module out of my Vivobook and replaced it with an Intel 7260, no problems...plus way better performance. The 7260 wasn't even out yet when I bought the laptop.
I guess I'll find out. There's a card coming my way that was dubbed a Dell card, even though the stickers on it just read Intel. It's always possible blacklisting allows generic ones, like Intel, and disallows ODM-specific ones, assuming they have their own PCI vendor id.
