Do any video cards other than radeon cards that support overscan with tv-out on the secondary monitor?

It's a specific question but yeah i was wondering if any video cards other than radeon support overscan with tv-out on the secondary monitor? i remembered nvidia cards didn't without tvtool but i'm not sure if that's changed. And I'm under the understanding that the earlier ati rage cards don't support overscan either.

The reason I ask is because i'm looking for a really cheap card that will do nice tv out (no black bars) on the secondary monitor like my 9700 does

matrox dual head g400MAX is a great TV out card, not so great for games tho.

My Leadtek 6600gt allows for overscan compensation. I'm using it in component output mode. I'm not sure if s-video has the option too.
