Do any SFF systems fit the bill?

1. PSU large enough to power GeForce 6800GT, or (ideally) the ability to install any standard ATX PSU of my choice.

2. An open slot on the cooler-side of the video card slot (AGP or PCIe) so I can install an Arctic Cooling NV Silencer 5 unit (effectively a dual-slot VGA card).

3. A motherboard capable of running an Athlon64 3500+ socket-939

4. A steel case


I've seen a 13" cube case that takes standard ATX PSU and Motherboard -- which would work fine, except I don't like the clear acryllic case. Steel cases make quieter systems. Have you seen anything that might fit the bill?
