Do any schools other than UIUC have Unofficial St. Patrick's Day?

I've never found anyone other than alums that know what Unofficial is. Basically two Fridays before St. Patricks Day everyone gets wasted as early as possible. In previous years the bars all opened at 9 am, but this year it's 11 am. So pretty much the majority of campus gets trashed early in the morning, and then goes to class blazing drunk. It's rather fun.
