Do any retail motherboards have 4 RDRAM slots?

I am trying to put together a high end pc for a friend and he would like to have 1 GB of RDRAM on board. Although I have looked at a few boards from Asus and Supermicro that support up to 1 GB, they only have 2 RDRAM slots. I guess my real question is, do they make 512 MB RDRAM dimms? So far I have only seen 256. Ouch, this is huring my head, please help !!!

Intel OR-840(dual p3 with AGP slot) or Intel D850GB(single p4 with 1.5volt AGP slot). Both runs dual channel RDRAM hence 4 RIMM slots.....also have to install 2 RDRAM at any one time.
