Do any PSU's support power monitoring?

Just wondering if there's ever been a PSU on the market that had some kind of USB interface and software that provided output power monitoring on the different rails? I'm not sure how costly it would be to add this kind of monitoring facility to a consumer PSU, but if it could be done for ~$25 or less, I'm sure it would make for a very good selling point, especially in a market where there's not much in the way of feature differentiation.

Corsair RM series have this, they aren't cheap though.

That's the RMi series (as well as HXi and AXi). Normal RM does not work with Corsair Link.
