Do any printers brands ship with full ink tanks/toner carts?

I've got an Epson all-in-one that refuses to print black, even after I flushed the black print head. If I end up having to get a new printer I'd like to get one that comes with full ink or toner carts.

thanks,

What do you mean by full? Fully filled, or standard (non-starter) size? Every inkjet I've owned came with full sized carts. Most lasers, however, came with starter-sized toner.

If you're looking for a monochrome laser, the brother 2070N (same as the 2040, but with network) is great. I just bought one and it works very well, and is quite speedy for a little machine.

 I love my 2070N (except for the page curling).

The Brother 3240C comes with full carts, and they are not chipped.
