Do any other AMD MB's use PC100/133 RAM like the K7S5A?

Some KM266 boards do also. Biostar has one: M7VIG Onboard video + an AGP slot, based on KT266A so performance should be quite good with DDR... no idea how it goes with SDR.

ECS make a handful more boards with DDR-or-SDRAM capability, K7AMA, K7VTA2, K7SOM, M810L. ALi, KT266A, SiS 740, SiS 730 chipsets respectively.
Then there's the huge pile of outdated SDRAM-only stuff from any manufacturer.

The Asus A7A-266-E is a good bet. It's based on the same version of the ALi chipset that the Iwill XP-333 is (revision C), and if I recall correctly, it fared quite well in the Anandtech KT-266 roundup a while back.
