I went a couple of times when I was young...about 22 or so years ago. A couple of weekends ago, I decided to give it a try again, as my son is three, I thought it would be cool for us to have an outdoor activity together (besides playing on the swingset). This is way more fun than I imagined!! We have yet to actually catch a fish (well, one got away), but we've seen a bunch of turtles, watersnakes, bullfrogs, ect.

Anyone else go fishing?
 
No, but I'm around the water a lot taking pictures, and I agree, it's a blast just being out there. It's great that you do things with your son like that.
