Do any of the "live tv" streaming servers support rebroadcasting internet feeds?

I am looking for a new server for a site I help run and we are looking to possibly run "live special events" at certain times but would like to feed it an internet feed.

I am using orb right now for me personally but would love to find some way to feed a true server with the orb feed and then use the dedicated servers bw to get it out to more people. Ive looked at windows media encoder but it only seems to support a live stream if a tv tuner card is in the pc (which wont work for a dedicated server).

So is there even a way to accomplish this goal?
