Do any national ISP's (NOT AOL) still do free trials?

I'm moving in a couple days, my DSL modem isn't supposed to be at my new place until monday-tuesday of next week. I need like three days of internet access in the mean time, in case I need to pay a bill I forgot or something. I was going to sign up for a free Earthlink trial, but apparently either they don't do it anymore, or it's just hard to find on their website. I'd rather not corrupt my PC with an AOL disk (and I wouldn't have the first idea on how to use it if I did), so are there any national ISP's that still do a free trial? Juno/Netzero isn't really an option because again, that requires installing special programs to use it.

Suggestions are much appreciated :)

Earthlink doesn't seem to do free trials any longer. I don't want to pay $22 for three days of dialup access, especially when it's costing me over $360 just to get my phone/dsl turned on :(

Install AOL. It is quick and easy and if you can't figure out how to use it for the basics you shouldn't be online anyway.

you COULD just dial long distance to your "local ISP".

sure its expensive at .10c/min, but it would work to pay a bill or something else quick (OR you could just pay your bills the old fashioned way, by mailing a check (or you can call and most places will do an electronic deduction from your checking acct over the phone))...

You're MOVING. you should be more interested with getting your new place set up than surfing the net (and the .10c / min will certainly deter that).

jesus u cant go 3 days with out a computer?!
Actually, I could normally, but I've got some bills that are going to come due right around the time when I'll be moving, and I pay them all online. I need some way to check my email so I can pay them if they come through when I'm between net connections.

I mostly forgot about it, but I should have internet access at my new job, I could always check it then. Otherwise, I'll just dial up LD to my old ISP.
