Do any employment offices help college students anymore?

I just turned 18 so I haven't had any office experience yet, although I have computer skills and am a very fast/accurate typer. All the employment agencies i've called so far pretty much hang up when I tell them I haven't worked in an office yet. Where should I go to search for an entry level job where I can gain the experience they're looking for?
 
I got my current job through an employment agency (they prefer to be referred to as a "staffing agency") ... $10/hr to take calls and play on ATOT all day.
