Don't think so, some will have on-board scsi that can be used w/ a zero channel raid adapter(that's extra).
Most 64bit pci-x scsi raid cards cost in the $450-$800 range. Considering that a dual Opteron mobo cost about $450 then I'd say no, unless you find a mobo in the $1000 range.
I would not use a zero channel scsi raid adapter... One of my friends has an IBM server w/ a zero channel adapter w/ 6 - 15k scsi drives, and the through-put sucks....
Just get a Tyan K8WE and a LSI 320-2x raid controller...
