Do any cordless phones have Li-Ion batteries?

I'm tired of all these cordless phones with NiCad batteries. I know there's aftermarket NiMH batteries for many models but it just seems counterintuitive to have these batteries with "memory" on phones that will rarely see a full cycle.

Are there any manufacturers who ship phones with Li-Ion or even NiMH batteries standard?

Where's a good place to shop for the aftermarket NiMH replacements?

The battery situation for cordless phones is simply a scam against consumers, esp. since most phone manuals tell you to continuously charge the handset, or charge it every night (i.e. without a full discharge).

I have NI-MH batteries in both of my Panasonic cordless phones. One is 2.4Ghz and the other is 900mhz. They work excellent. The only problem I have is that my micorwave creates interferrence with my 2.4Ghz phone.
