Do any airline booking search websites include Ryanair?

I'm trying to book a vacation to Italy. Using the standard searches, I'm getting prices in the $700-$900 range round trip. However, I can see that RyanAir can get me from several main hub cities in Europe to Rome for a few pennies round trip (plus a few unavoidable dollars in airport fees/taxes). For example, I can fly to Frankfurt for $450 round trip and then from Frankfurt to Rome for well under $100 on Ryanair. Net savings: a couple hundred dollars.

But of course, I'll have to schedule it well to give me time to swap airlines, search all cities in Europe to try to find the best deal, and of course find my own transportation from the main airport to the lesser used airport that Ryanair will use. That looked like it'll take days of effort to do it all - negating the benefit of saving a couple hundred dollars.

So, is there any website (yet) that will do it all for me? None of the standard ones that I know of seem to include Ryanair in their searches.

No, I don't believe you can search Ryanair, they operate like Southwest or the other LCCs in that regards.

As I described in my original post I don't want to do all that effort. I would have to do this:
1) Find the best price from home to London.
2) Find the Ryanair price from London to Rome.
3) See how long it takes to get from one airport in London to the Ryanair one in London.
4) Repeat #1 until I have enough time to do #3.

5) Find the best price from home to Brussels.
6) Find the Ryanair price from Brussels to Rome.
7) See how long it takes to get from one airport in Brussels to the Ryanair one in Brussels.
8) Repeat #5 until I have enough time to do #7.

9) Find the best price from home to Frankfurt.
10) Find the Ryanair price from Frankfurt to Rome.
11) See how long it takes to get from one airport in Frankfurt to the Ryanair one in Frankfurt.
12) Repeat #9 until I have enough time to do #11.

...

Repeat with all other cities in Europe.

Step #1448124: Find the minimum price of all the other steps.

i guess you need to use a travel agent if you don't want to do the work yourself
