I'd imagine so since it is possible to go to school in another country. Talk to your guidance counsellor. If you're out of HS, talk to the University's admissions office or something.

Is it the equivilant to a HS diploma like a GED? If so yes..

isnt that the 13th grade in Ontario? In that cse, i dont think you get college credit for it. A guy i know didnt get any and he is a ossd person.
