Do ALL xp2100 need a bridge cut to change multiplier?

I need to find out, since this determines whether or not I get an xp2000 or xp2100*


*(right now, i will be using 2 XPs w/ unlocked MP for use in an editing machine, which will NOT be o/c but is rather all about stability.
However, some day when I replace those, I would like the option to THEN change the multipliers on them in case I want to play 🙂 )
 
The info is Here. I have done a few, and use conductive paint (rear window defogger repair kit) applied with a toothpick to join the base of the pins instead of wire wrapping.
