do all via chipsets lack agp/pci locks??

have a kt133, km266, both dont have it. also have a km400 that is halfway setup.

Yep, thats waht all the reviews and VIA says. So unless a board maker does something it is not standard.

The KM400 is a nice chipset though for the money.

The DFI Ad77 Infinity (KT400) has a pci/agp lock.

That is according to DFI.
