Do all Sandforce-based SSDs support encryption via BIOS HDD password?

It seems encryption is built-in feature of Sandforce SF-2281 chipset, and that it's always encrypting even if no password is set. Most Sandforce-based SSDs won't support stuff like TCG Opal (although I have a Kingston KC300 that does), but do all Sandforce-based SSDs support encryption via BIOS HDD password? Or is is still dependant on whether a vendor has it enabled in the firmware?
