Do ALL Cops have mustaches?

I swear, every time I've been pulled over for speeding (not that often, mind you), it's been by a cop with a mustache.

Is it a requirement for a cop to have a mustache?

Your thoughts?

My friend is a cop, he doesn't have a mustache. Then again, he probably couldn't grown one if he tried though.

EDIT: I hear you on the power tripping younger ones. It seems my city is only hiring really young cops, and 90% of them are total pricks. They offer to arrest you for anything. One time they had the street blocked off leading to my house because of an accident, on the other side of the street. Well it was around 10:00pm, and I wanted to go home, so I make a right onto the street that's blocked off (my street) and motion to the cop that was standing there to come over, real young guy, trying to look tough. He comes over and tells me to leave. THe driveway to my condo complex was like 150 feet from where we were standing. I say, &quot;Look, that's my house right there, can you just let me go home?&quot; He goes, &quot;Sure, you can drive to your house, if you want me to arrest you and throw you in jail, now move your car.&quot; Was that called for? All I wanted to do is go home. He could have been respectful and said, &quot;Sorry sir, I was told to not let anyone drive through.&quot;

No, I haven't seen any cops in our town who have mustaches, but they are mostly young. Most of the cops I see elsewhere don't have mustaches either, hmm...
