Mine doesn't. Forget what brand it is but it cost me about $170 a few years back. I quite like it.

I have baught 2 in the last 6 months (mine and my wife's) and both are noisy. Not cheap but not expensive Mine was $60 and my wife's $49 (at sam's club).
