Do all AT ppl spend way too much money?

I know i do cause theres always something beter that i dont have for a reall good deal somewhere.I admit I have a spending problem and it always seems that i end up with no money i just wanted to know if any one else spends too much money on stuff.

Personally, I used to spend too much. I actually hang out the HD forums alot more, but just don't buy as much computer related stuff as I used to.

I have toned it down alot. I just broke down and bought a new CPU and a DVD burner though. I had my old chip for 3 years, and I waited until I could get an 8X burner for under $100.

I am slowly learning self control.

Yea, I use to spend lots of money on my computer. Now it all goes into my money pit of a car and motorcycle, along with some of my other projects.

Definitely a big capital YES I used to think I had a fairly decent system that could hold its own for a few years.. while that may be true, I'm now counting the days till the release of the new ATI & Nvidia chipsets after getting some other upgrades... damn you people

In the past year or so, I have spent $120 on computer parts. $100 for a 160gb hard drive for a XBox mod and $20 for a tv tuner card.

As long as its not just me i just spent around $1000 over that past few months for a new custom computer if you saw the specs you'd know why it cost that much but yeah i need to lay off for awhile now but i no i cant do it.

I used to spend major money on every cutting edge computer component.......Finaly, I slowed down. I now live with a computer, I built 3+ years ago. I discovered, there is a life out there.

bought a plane ticket to vegas for a buddies wedding in may and a 74 gig raptor, yesterday.
im set as far as computer equipment goes for now, though.
so its time to tighten up and save for that vegas trip.
