Do all 7300GT use DDR2

Are there big differences between various brands of 7300GT or are they just about all the same?

For cards sold in the United States, the vast majority are DDR2. Ones that use DDR3 are clocked much higher and are more than twice as fast.

the ddr3 ones I know use only 128Mb of ram instead of 256, but it doesent limit their performance.
i had a Leadtek 7300GT DDR3 and it was really close to a 7600Gt in performance.
