Do ALL 266A have integrated ACS97? Have not found one without...

They all have it. In fact the southbridge supports AC97 5.1 sound. It's totally up to the system board manufacturer as to what gets implemented on a specific board.

All you have to do is disable it in BIOS, what's the big deal??? It's not like they're chopping your arm off.
