I don't drink milk (my kids do, because they're growing). And good luck eating 2,000 calories of broccoli. not to mention digesting proteins requires more energy than carbs.

Milk is a fairly inefficient way to get protein. A serving of whole milk is 150 calories for only 8 grams of protein and 12 grams of carbs, all from simple sugar.

Nothing about milk is amazing nutritionally, unless you're doing it for the taste or just trying to ingest tons of calories.

I'm keto, i don't drink milk...

I do not drink milk. I like cheese or ice cream, and I will use milk as an ingredient when cooking. But, I do not trust white opaque beverages.

Do said adults have chocolate chip cookies fresh from the oven? If so, then yes. Those adults need milk.

I don't drink milk or even consume dairy all that often and I'm fine.

I think almonds and other nuts have lot of calcium though.

I love milk and wish I could drink it more often. If my blood sugar is on the low side I like to have a small glass before bed.

You get the vast majority of your vitamin d from the sun and you can get calcium in other foods.

I go through a gallon of milk every 7-10 days....gotta have my milk!! None of this 1% or 2% watery tasting milk!!
