Do 3GB DDR2 Laptop Single Sticks exist?

Bidding is over now so it doesn't matter but I am curious. I saw a HP DV9000 laptop on ebay boasting 6GB of DDR2. That laptop only has 2 RAM slots, so they would have to be 3GB sticks. I have never seen such a thing....

I think there's none. What I knew about RAMs is that the sizes are:
128 MB, 256 Mb, 512 MB, 1 GB, 2 GB, and 4 GB.

One RAM slot on the page that you gave might have 4 GB while the other one is 2 GB.

Will be a 4 and a 2 GB ram sticks. I have just that in my HP dv7.
No such thing as 3GB ones.

Yeah as mentioned they'll very likely be 4 + 2 GB DIMMs.
