DNS suffix for this connection / Win 2k server

How do I set up the Advanced TCP/IP Settings (DNS tab in ip settings) in Win 2k server when you have a lot of different websites on the same IP adress (Hostheader difference) ?
Like what should I put in DNS suffix for this connection and where should I set the checkmarks ?

I didn't know you had to do anything there, but if someone says otherwise I'll love it.

You are talking about blue.mydomain.com versus car.mydomain.com right? You are not talking about different domain names right?

You're not even supposed to touch the ATCP/IP tab anymore. Everything would be handled by your DNS server and IIS. As long as IIS and your DNS records are set straight it'll work out of the box.

I don't think you are right.
If you don't fill in what dns server you are using how would a lookup on an IP adress know which nameserver to query ?
