DNS Server System Log entries

Can anyone provide me some insight as to what these entries in my System log of my DNS server are?

Yeah, that's a blackhole server. You probably don't have a reverse lookup zone created.

Should I be worried about this? Is there a security risk? I don't have a reverse lookup zone created. What will happen if I create a reverse lookup zone? Thanks.

It allows you to lookup addresses by IP and resove that to a name (just the reverse of "normal" DNS). If you're running a small network the setup is painless and takes about 10 seconds. If you are on a large network with multiple DNS servers, multiple IP address classes and domains -- it requires some planning.

I have a small corporate network. A reverse zone won't be that big of a deal. More importantly, should I be concerned about the entries in the log? Thanks.

No, and once you create a reverse lookup zone, the entries will stop occuring.

Would I want to create a reverse lookup zone for my private IP Scope: 192.168.0.x or the IP assigned to my business account, which is a public address which is what the DNS Server is for? I hope I'm not being to confusing. If far need more details on my network setup I can provide. Thanks.
