i have repeatedly tried accessing the portal of evil servers for either news or e-mail, and none of them seem to be working for me. funny thing is they were working fine three nights ago. on the flipside i can surf the rest of the web. i am right now posting from the machine i tried accessing poe sites with.
i tried using winsockfix, and it did nothing. i tried cleaning out the localmachine keys in regedit and reinstalling tcp/ip and it did nothing. i tried using the dns servers from someone else's isp. still nothing. anyone got any ideas?
oh yeah, i called up my isp and they told me to contact poe but guess what...i cant access their website to get contact info.
does anyone know what's causing this? more importantly how i can resolve this? i'm really starting to get frustrated with not being able to access my e-mail. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
